It is a strategic review designed to give Procurement, Health and Safety, and Operational Management clarity around today’s changing industry trends, and help you to understand and take advantage of the opportunities for success within these changes.

We want to know how your business works: when are your products and services most in demand, what are your department and company goals, what are the pain points in your current role, and what do you really want from a supplier? We can then look at current products and service provision, as well as how your budgets work.

Following our discovery call, we will create an in-depth report with our findings, highlighting product recommendations, suggested levels of service and ways to avoid potential profit leakage, as well as any other actions that would help achieve your goals.

We’ll only recommend products and services that are specifically designed and proven for use in your industry. Our experience means we are well-positioned to spot potential problems before they happen, giving you everything you need to implement a credible and realistic solution.

Proposal

Following our second meeting we will build out a proposal. This is created using your feedback and our initial recommendations, and will detail product specifications, prices and service agreement.

User Trials

User trials are a brilliant way to obtain genuine feedback from your team and to give you confidence in the suitability of the products in your environment. Where trials are necessary, we will manage the process for you. A time trial period will be agreed, and the products distributed to your people along with feedback forms. Upon completion, we collate the feedback and provide you with a report giving you the collated results and insights to help you make an informed decision on the trialled products.

Onboarding

Using feedback from the product trials, we’ll finalise our proposal for your business. Once we have your sign-off, we’ll begin delivering on our proposal straight away, and arrange any necessary training for your team along the way.

Account Management

As our client, your dedicated account manager will work with you to make sure our products and services never fall short of expectations as your business evolves. Your account manager will meet with you regularly to discuss trends and developments both within your business and the wider marketplace. This relationship is crucial to resolving challenges both at depot and head office level, helping to maintain a service package that is perfectly aligned to the unique requirements of your business.

We have been using M-Soft for over 12 months. The lightness and comfort that the guys reported was unheard of. So far there have been no faults or wear related issues, which is very unusual for footwear in our industry. The M-Soft trial was so successful in the warehouse, that we now also use the M-Climber boot for our shunter drivers. As the majority of their work is outdoors, the M-Climber is perfect, it’s lightweight, waterproof construction ticks all the boxes with the added advantage that they are very comfortable, unlike most rugged outdoor footwear. Overall, we have been very happy with these new ranges. The workforce is certainly more comfortable, and due to the durability of the product we get superior longevity! A good job done!
